This is Koshka, the cat friend of Robert. While Koshka was lounging in the window sill one day, the window came crashing down on her leg! A few days after receiving emergency treatment, Koshka still was unable to put weight on her leg.
Although he was unemployed and worried about the expense, Robert could not bear to let her continue limping. He contacted Rochester Hope for Pets about receiving assistance to help cover the costs of additional treatment.
Robert was able to take Koshka to her regular veterinarian where they performed a fracture repair. It took time for her to get used to her cast, but Koshka had a full recovery and was back to her old self no time!
